This page is intended to be used as a resource for copyright issues related to DevantART. It was created as part of a research effort for the Media Law Clinic at the University of Kansas School of Law. Eventually I hope to have graphical illustrations of the relevant areas of media law. I may also post some text guides to copyright issues related to both posting on DeviantART, and broader issues of copyright related to the site and the potential liability exposure based on submission to the page.
